These Terms of Use apply to the Pocket Drums mobile application (the "App"), operated by the Pocket Drums team ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscription terms, billing periods, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple’s rules.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law, or use the App in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
The App, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
The App uses third-party services, including Firebase and Apple services, to provide core functionality. Your use of those services may be subject to third-party terms and policies.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
